Finalists announced for the employer of the year

Lynn Walters Executive Director and Jodie Woodrow, Business Director were delighted to judge the entries for the “Employer of the year” award, with our partners Birketts LLP, at the Suffolk and Norfolk Business Awards.

With over 10 years of experience in judging the highly competitive Suffolk and Norfolk Business awards, as well as Best Employers Eastern Region accreditations, Lynn and Jodie reviewed the applications offering a deep understanding of leadership, culture, and engagement, on productivity and success.

At times like these, it is more important than ever to celebrate success

Despite another tricky year, our judges were thrilled at how organisations have adapted, implemented new ideas, and recognised what has or hasn’t worked. It was great to see how all organisations who applied, have evolved their employer brand, culture and engagement strategies and really put their people first.

These finalists clearly demonstrated how their organisations have developed a culture that listens, adapts, innovates is brave and open to change.
