Building diverse boards and senior teams

The importance and benefits of diverse teams are well publicised and understood. Achieving this can be a different matter.

On Wednesday 12 May 2021, 11.30 to 13:00, we are co-hosting an exclusive roundtable with Karen Bach, Portfolio Chair, including Amino PLC.

Our interactive roundtable will explore the value of diverse leadership teams and how to make this a reality. Karen will share insights into her approach to building diverse Boards and senior teams, supporting leaders to scale up and solve challenges. She will share her experience of building diverse boards, including hosting a board observer as part of the Board Ready Talent Scheme.

Guests will be invited to contribute to the discussion and share insights and practical tips to enact change. 

This event is co-hosted with Foresight, a private equity house in the UK market, supporting SMEs across a range of sectors. The £100  million Foresight East of England Fund targets equity investments of up to £5 million for SMEs in the East of England and beyond.
