This is an exciting time to join this well known and highly regarded international brand business. The UK CFO is a critical leadership role with oversight of financial operations, governance, systems and reporting for the UK. It’s core purpose is to build and maintain a first class finance function that creates the right environment for each individual business unit to operate at peak performance.
You will be an inspirational leader who is able to communicate a vision with total clarity and build the right team structure to successfully execute the strategic plan.
You will have highly developed change management skills too – revolutionising current systems and processes to create greater automation around reporting, consolidation and transaction control.
Thirdly, you will be a great promoter of the central role finance plays across the wider business – being the critical friend to a wide stakeholder community and building a reputation as a “trusted advisor” to all UK business units.

- A strong technical accountant – not expecting to operate in the detail but to have the insights on tax, reporting standards etc
- Clear thinker – able to assimilate large volumes of information and disseminate this into a concise, action oriented plan
