Pure Executive is delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with PEM, Cambridge’s largest independent firm of accountants to appoint a new People and Culture Director to support the business achieve it’s ambitious growth plans over the next 5-10 years.

About you?
 
You will have previous experience of leading a people function operating at a strategic level, partnering with the key stakeholders to help them  achieve their business goals and future vision. You will be collaborative in your approach, driven by your values and passionate about the employee life cycle and developing a culture of inclusivity and diversity where people feel valued and they love what they do.
 
Whilst partnering with the senior leaders, you will also lead your own people team and be able to roll up your sleeves when required.  A real interest in what is means to work in a professional services business is key and ideally you will have worked in this sector previously. 
 
You will play a vital role in evolving and shaping their company culture, fostering employee growth and role modelling their values .
 
Previous experience of scaling an SME size business is key whilst developing it’s culture.
 
CIPD qualified or relevant experience is required.
