Formed in 2021, this service led company couldn't have dreamed of a better first two years of trading - it has 100% retention of all its clients, a healthy financial position and its trajectory for growth has been faster than expected. This early success is attributed to finding a niche in the market and providing outstanding service quality in an environment that people want to work. The COO is a new appointment and is a critical leadership role with responsibility for finance, people strategy, the administrative operations, governance, systems and reporting.  

The role is instrumental in creating the right environment for the business to grow and operate at peak performance; it will require an inspirational leader who can communicate a vision with total clarity, build the right team and allocate resources to deliver sustainable growth in line with the strategic plan. Highly developed business management skills will be central to this role – evolving current systems and processes to ensure they are scalable as the business grows.  

The COO will be a critical friend to the CEO, harnessing their energy and ideas, acting as their “trusted advisor” giving guidance on which activities to prioritise and setting the framework for delivery.
