Developed by Pure and People and Performance, the programme has been designed to develop talented aspiring female leaders, equipping them with the tools needed to evolve organisational culture at the same time as removing workplace barriers, the programme will be in two modules held in January and March: Module one taking place on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 January and Module two taking place on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 March 2017.
