Interim finance and business expertise is required (following the departure of the previous CFO) for a period of up to 12 months to enable the business to consider the longer term strategy for its senior management functions.
You will work closely with the Executive team during a period of change, providing vision, direction and leadership for the financial security of the business. As such you will have substantial experience of working and influencing at the highest levels within an organisation.
You will also be responsible for the accurate reporting of all finances and will be accountable for all regulatory/statutory functions in this area. You will work with operational Directors (Executive Committee colleagues) to agree and set financial; budgets and targets on an annual and medium term basis. This will include resource planning and stretch targets.
