This is a strategic level role for an individual who understands all parts of the HR function, but has a desire to be part of a proactive management team and be central to the decision making process from a HR perspective as they help drive the business forward to achieve its goals.
This is initially a part time role, c3-4 days a week, but has the potential to increase hours over time as the business and the position evolve.
The organisation needs an experienced HR professional capable of leading delivery of a People Strategy across a group of companies, with occasional travel to other sites.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a cohesive career background, having worked in people orientated industries, and having defined and delivered HR Strategy.
