The Group FC is a newly created position to provide additional leadership and resource to ensure robust reporting and governance is maintained at all times. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in the development of staff, systems, controls, and processes; all of which will ensure the company remains compliant and able to deliver outstanding service as it grows.
In addition to maintaining strong financial reporting and compliance, you will play an active role in projects such as; M&A, ERP implementation, dashboard reporting / business intelligence, business case analysis, capital expenditure ROI, and supporting the commercial teams,
The successful candidate will be qualified and a proven leader of teams. You will lead by example and adhere to the open and honest culture of the business. You will ensure that unnecessary risks are not taken, but opportunities are. You will be technically strong and be able to demonstrate where you have developed people, processes and systems.
The company have a history of developing their people and it is expected that if successful in the role, you will have plenty of progression opportunities and route to Board positions.
