Employing c800 staff, the organisation’s key vision is to create a sustainable and flexible organisation that continually drives improvement in outcomes for all the people who use its services and an ethos of ‘high quality care, every time’.
The quality of our services are realised through our staff. As a ‘CIC’, ECCH employees are encouraged to become shareholders in the organisation and our Shareholder council, (comprised of shareholders and employee-elected Staff Directors) ensures staff have a say in how the organisation is shaped and developed. Our two Staff Directors are members of the ECCH Board.
