On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced, driven and entrepreneurial individual with a proven track record of delivering business growth plans and increasing profitability. The role will be based out of their modern, vibrant East Anglian office, reporting to a Board of talented and engaging owners, with a strong employer brand and with genuine ambition to grow.
The role of the MD will have all the responsibilities of a high profile business leader including:
• Full P&L responsibility
• Providing strategic advice and guidance to the Board
• Maximise commercial opportunities through the design and delivery of a robust and innovative sales strategy
• Lead, develop and motivate the team through a positive, coaching culture
• Strong client relationship and partnership skills
• Providing a robust governance and risk management framework
As the successful candidate you will possess the gravitas, influencing skills and market reputation to enable you to make a significant contribution, winning the confidence of clients, the existing executive team and wider staff, and shareholders. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering growth and profitability from within a small to medium sized IT Services business, having held a senior leadership/Board level position combined with sales strategy and P&L responsibility. Energy, drive and passion will be evident through your communication style as well as your enthusiasm for developing high performing, engaged teams.
